How to return goods

• We operate a 5 day money back guarantee for our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 5 days of purchase unused and in it's original packaging for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
• Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – in the first instance call our returns line on the local rate number to obtain your return authorisation number and details on how to return your product.

Warranty Repairs

• All products bought from Chabrias Ltd have a minimum one year warranty.
